My Groups Work Query

Under the 'My Groups Work' on SNOW how do I add in options for who the caller is and incident/SR state fields?

These appear to be missing... but looks like these fields dont apply to the task table? even though they exsists on the task extened tables.

Incident - Extened from the task table

u_service_request - created table from Incident (extended)

Can you advise on how to get these to show?

Hi Graham,



Click on "My Groups work". Right click on the columns header of the list and choose "Configure -> List Layout" ,

You should have the fields there so you can add them to the list.

You want to add the fields caller and incident/SR state to the displayed columns, or you want to change the filter of "My Groups Work" to do some filtering on caller and incident?
