Hello Community friends,
I have been very active on my instance (dev13049.service-now.com), In fact I have made some configurations changes yesterday evening also. However, I am getting the following error when I attempted to login today. Can anyone help me with it?
This instance has been suspended due to inactivity... please sign-in to the developer portal to restart.

I am checking with our developer ops team on this. It seems a common theme this morning. I'll report back what I find.
Normally I would say ServiceNow Developers page, but your 10 days has not elapsed yet.

Hi Hari,
It seems the "idle" policy recently changed from 10 days of inactivity=instance terminated & reclaimed, to "a few hours" of inactivity=instance hibernated. You can go to the following page and wake it up. This was done to better manage the pool of available instances to the developer community. I'm working to find out what "a few hours" means. Haven't checked the FAQ yet...
