Hello Community friends,
I have been very active on my instance (dev13049.service-now.com), In fact I have made some configurations changes yesterday evening also. However, I am getting the following error when I attempted to login today. Can anyone help me with it?
This instance has been suspended due to inactivity... please sign-in to the developer portal to restart.

Hi Hari,
I see your two wake up requests.
Did you login between them? If you wake up an instance and don't login, they will go back to hibernating within about ~30 minutes.
Thanks.

I haven't logged in between these two wake ups. So this is expected!!
What is the general inactivity window that is eligible for Hibernation ?

Hi Hari,
I'm not sure I understand your question.
But yes - if you wake it up and you don't login within 30 minutes, the expectation is that it will sleep again.
If you are logged in, it should give you up to 6 hours after your last activity before hibernating again.
Let me know if you have any additional questions.
Thanks.

30 minutes of inactivity might be stretching the boundaries of usefulness too far.
It has been a little bit of a nightmare just to active my plugins on the dev instance since these by itself involve a wait time I can't control.
Thanks,
Berny
