Hello Community friends,
I have been very active on my instance (dev13049.service-now.com), In fact I have made some configurations changes yesterday evening also. However, I am getting the following error when I attempted to login today. Can anyone help me with it?
This instance has been suspended due to inactivity... please sign-in to the developer portal to restart.

Hi Berny,
Are you experiencing your instance hibernating during a plugin activation? This shouldn't happen.
If you want to prevent your instance from hibernating, simply login and maintain a session while the activity is happening.
Please let me know if you have any other questions or comments.
Thanks.
Jack

Thanks Jack. I believe the problem i faced may have been because I was activating the plugins that I needed from the self service at the developers portal. I'm now logging into the instance before going to the self service developer.servicenow.com portal. Hopefully that will prevent my instance from going sleep again while i'm trying to work on it.
Thanks,
Berny

Hi Thangamani,
That behavior is expected. Please see this post for more information on instance hibernate: Hibernation and Developer Instances
Let us know if you have any other questions.
Thanks.
