Hi @siddharth1
PDI doesn't come with support , which means if it is offline or unavailable or reclaimed no one from community can support.
You can either wait for more time or release your PDI and get a new one.
For future , take regular back of update set.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hi there,
Sorry to hear that!
Don't get me wrong, though posting your question here won't do anything. We all cannot do anything for you. We can only mention what Atul already mentioned: there is no support for PDIs, this is already for a while, nothing new, thousands of similar posts have been made.
Only thing you can do:
1) Wait and hope your PDI gets back alive
- OR -
2) Request a new PDI
Be aware, PDIs can always suddenly (and without any notice) drop. So always backup your work.
I do wonder though, why posting this here? Since as mentioned, this is nothing new, this is already for a while (more than a year). Please help us understand why you (and others) are still posting these kind of questions. Understanding such, might help for the Community team to catching these questions and preventing them from being raised. Since again: we all can't do anything for you!
Kind regards,

Hi @siddharth1
There no support for PDIs, hence there is nothing that can be done to get it back.
Try to refresh and wait if your PDI is still not active, release old instance and request a new instance.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting "Accept as Solution" and " Helpful."
Thanks!

Hi @siddharth1
As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you're limited to two options:
- Wait, it should come online after some time
- if you get tired of waiting, release the instance and request a fresh installation. NOTICE, if you do this, every development that you haven't backed up will be lost for good.
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as accepted solution and give a thumb up.
Best regards
