My customer uses ServiceNow as an enterprise. I am also testing my customer's requests in my own test PDI. But today while I was doing my tests, it suddenly went offline. All my code is in everything and I have to present to my customer. Please open my instance "https://dev220221.service-now.com/"

PDIs are not supported.

Hi there,
Can't really add anything new, @Bert_c1 correctly mentioned that PDIs are unsupported. Hopefully your PDI gets back within a few hours, else... unlucky and you need to request a new PDI.
I am responding just to make you aware:
- Always backup your work
- PDIs are not intended for actual customer work
- PDIs can suddenly and without notice become offline, which can effect demo's etc
- Avoid loading customer customization or data onto a PDI, it might fall into the wrong hands for example when loosing your PDI (they should get wiped though it sometimes fail) (and was the customer actually informed about their customization or data leaving their instance and such an introduced risk?)
