Trying to wake up by clicking "Refresh" but it goes back to offline state, tried many time, no luck, any tips is greatly appreciated. Banner is saying like this-Instance Offline: Recovery may take long. You can wait, or release it now to request a new one. I have many important development works and records are there to backup.
