Offline PDI

Hi, My PDI(https://dev102335.service-now.com/) just keeps offline, help please🤕

What Happened

    From today(2023/3/27), I cannot login in my personal develop instance anymore and it keeps to be offline..

    

What I've tried

  •     I've read the articles and understand that it might be caused by planned maintenance or some unexpected failure of the pdi

       Incident: PDI Provisioning and Offline PDIs (servicenow.com)

  •     And also the below article told me that I can get support from the 'Give Feedback' button in the pdi's page

       Developer Program no longer monitors the community... - ServiceNow Community

 

My Question

  •     I couldn't find the Give Feedback' button, so where should I get help with the pdi issue?
  •     Is the offline of my pdi is a result of planned maintenance or, ... a unexpected failure?

The "give feedback" button has been removed way back, hence you cant find it anywhere. Secondly, nobody can answer, as there is no support for PDIs at all. What I can say is, that several persons have had issues with PDI being reclaimed or being offline. As far to what I have read, the only working solution is, to release your instance and request a new one.

 

You're off course welcome to wait to see if it comes online, but from what I have read through the community, this is very unlikely.

In the last, I found that the issue solved automatically.  

Give me a lesson that backup the pdi to git is really essential.

 

Status Update

  •   3/27 Keep Showing : "Your instance is offline" page
  •   3/28 Keep Showing : " Developer Instance is undergoing unscheduled maintenance"
  •   3/28 Return to normal..
