Hi SN Team,
I usually create my dedicated admin profile in the User [sys_user] table in my PDIs, and I utilize that. For some time, my PDI [dev185475] went to service maintenance, and at that time, it somehow got de-linked from my developer account. When it got back online, I was able to get into it with my local authentication, but it's not showing up under my developer account. Please do what is necessary to link both [PDI and developer account] back as previously as it was.
Thanks for your help in advance!
Best Regards,
Tarun Kumar

I have been using PDI since this morning with no issues, but yes, I saw a few posts on the community about PDI offline.
1. There is no support available for PDI.
2. If you can wait, more, let's wait
3. You may release this instance and take a new one but in this case, you will lose your previous data.
From going forward, try to take regular backup of PDI, to avoid any loss of update set in future.
There is no relation of user created in PDI and developer.servicenow.com

Hi @Tarun Kumar2 ,
Please take the backup and keep using until its available.
You can also try to get new one, if system allows to submit new request. Due to migration it may be de-link but dont take risk of not taking any backup.
-Thanks,
AshishKM

Hi @Tarun Kumar2 ,
As you might know, there is no support available for PDIs, hence there is nobody to help you link back your account. I seems like your developer instance has been taken back to the pool even though you still have access from earlier.
I would recommend you to backup all of your work as long as you have access, so that you don't lose important work. Afterwards you can then request a fresh installation which will be linked to your account.
