Hi @SB89
Once a PDI has been claimed we can t get bak and no way to restore too.
You can release this instance and take a new one.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hi @SB89 ,
Sorry to hear that, Even I had gone through the same situation. This is recently happened because they changed the servers. I also lot my pdi.
So, best practice is to maintain a backup using update sets.
If my answer helps to make understand the situation. Please click helpful/correct.
Thanks,
Allu Gopal.

@SB89 ServiceNow has been warning users about the PDI infrastructure migration since last couple of weeks and in fact sent reminder emails to all the affected users. Looks like you missed this post https://www.servicenow.com/community/architect-blog/important-update-pdi-infrastructure-migration-ex... and didn't take the backup timely.
Unfortunately, there is nothing much you could do once a PDI instance has been reclaimed by ServiceNow.

You can try one trick..It has worked for me in the past:
Under your profile, you will get an option to refresh instance, once you click on that if you observe carefully the start building button will be enable for very sort period of time, you can click on that as soon as it enables. Just try 2-3 times it should be enable. Screenshot attached.
If still it does not work for you , then you can request another instance
Please Mark ✅Correct if this solves your query and also mark 👍Helpful if you find my response worthy based on the impact.
Thanks
