Hi Team -

 

In my PDI getting this ' Flow Execution ErrorOpen Context Record ' in flow operations 

 

PDI version is - zurich

Hi @nameisnani 

 

The "Flow reports not available. Check system property com.snc.process_flow.reporting.level Open Context Record" error occurs because Flow Designer's reporting is disabled by default.

To fix this, you must change the reporting property, flush your browser cache, and then review the sys_flow_contet.

 

1. Change the property com.snc.process_flow.reporting.level from OFF to ON or Full  //You have set it to ON

2. 

  • Log out of your ServiceNow instance.
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies completely.
  • Log back in

3. If you are still unable to view the execution directly from the record.

Navigate to Flow Designer > Operations > Executions or directly search sys_flow_context.list in the application navigator.
