Check UI Builder Configuration; sometimes, the sidebar might be hidden or not rendered due to UI Builder customizations or corrupted components. If it's missing, re-add the standard navigation component. Make sure deeper cleanup. Make sure the user has the right roles to access the sidebar components. Also try in Incognito/a different browser. If any update set or UI policy has been modified recently, restore to an earlier version (use Update History to check changes). You can manually restore or add the sidebar menu using UI Builder: go to Now Experience UI Framework - Experiences - Open your workspace - Check the Shell Layout and ensure the Navigation Slot is correctly configured.

If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.
