Hi @Harshil3 ,
As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you're limited to two options:
- Wait - It could come online again
- Release your instance and request a fresh installation.
Based on that it has been online for 14 days, I would recommend you to release and request a fresh installation. Please notice, that all work that is not backed up to a GIT or by update sets will be losed. It will not be possible to restore from previous PDI installation.

As it's 14 days , you can't restore your new PDI . You have raise a request for new .

No, that is incorrect - please read this link: https://developer.servicenow.com/blog.do?p=/post/update-to-restore-on-pdis/ where it is stated:
Due to changes in PDI infrastructure, the ability to restore PDIs will be permanently disabled as of December 15, 2022.
