Hi @AzarS

I've been using PDI without any issues since this morning, but I've noticed several posts in the community about PDI being offline. Here are some points to consider:

  1. There is no support available for PDI.
  2. If you can wait, let's wait a bit longer.
  3. You can release this instance and start a new one, but you will lose your previous data. To avoid losing update sets in the future, make sure to take regular backups of your PDI.

Who are you asking to check? This is the ServiceNow community where users are helping other users. Next to that: PDIs are unsupported.

Just Google 'ServiceNow PDI issue' and you will see tons of questions all resulting in the same answers: 'there is nothing we can do about this, either be patient and wait or release it and request a new one.'

Always back up your work, because PDIs are not meant for development. They are meant to try things, check what will happen if..., etc. Lost is lost if you didn't backup yourself.
