Hi @Tetsuya3

I've been using PDI without any issues since this morning, but I've noticed several posts in the community about PDI being offline. Here are some points to consider:

  1. There is no support available for PDI.
  2. If you can wait, let's wait a bit longer.
  3. You can release this instance and start a new one, but you will lose your previous data. To avoid losing update sets in the future, make sure to take regular backups of your PDI.

There have been 3-4 posts in the community today about PDI failures or unavailability. Based on the responses, you might need to wait 1-2 days and hopefully, the PDI will be back online.

My PDI instance keeps going down and restarting, and it's not working well. Could you please check it?

Hi @Tetsuya3 ,

Unfortunately, Support for PDIs are not available .

But, let me tell you, even i was not able to use my PDI , it was offline for 3 days, now it's back on.

So, i would suggest you to wait for few days.

@Tetsuya3 If your instance has already been giving you a lot of trouble and if you have already been waiting for quite some time then I suggest you to release the existing PDI instance and request for a fresh one. Unfortunately, there is no official support available for the Personal Development Instances and requesting a new instance is only solution available to resolve it.
