Pdi doesn't come with support, means if it's reclaim or offline or lost no one can help.
You can either wait or get a new PDI,you need to release this pdi.

@AnkitaH Unfortunately, there is no official support available for the Personal Development Instances and requesting a new solution is only solution available to resolve it. Also, there is no way to restore the data lost as the instance itself is temporary.
Moving forward, please make sure to take backup of your configuration/data on your new instance to avoid such issues in future.
