My post being marked as spam

My post was marked as spam. I tried it three times but still cannnot post.

What should I do?

What did you try to post? Are there any words in there that can be flagged as spam?

I was trying to post a question which is about the inheritied role from parent group.
I also wrote "if there is any offical documents availbale plkease share with me."
(Of course I've searched related documents already)
Is that the reason that my post was marked as spam??

This might be due to a recent spam issue in the community, for new members' posts are going to spam. Adding @Dan Bruhn  , who is the community manager, will look into your profile and take corrective action.

I have posted several times thruought the past half year and it was the first time that my post was marked as spam.
