My Request Custom Widget not Rendering properly.

We have custom widget to show the list of users ticket and providing the user to have filter option to filter the list based on the task type, User can select multiple tasks type. from the given Drop downs, but sometime the widget is not rendering properly. (attached the screenshot). any suggestion would help
