Navigator goes blank after Utah upgrade

 As title mentions, while using the fulfiller portal the left side application navigator goes blank. If you refresh or click on any of the menu items (All, Favorites etc) it comes back. Has anyone experienced this? Cannot find any know issues or community posts regarding this.

Looks like it loads the App Nav together with the homepage compared to OOB where it loads separately after Utah Patch 6.
