Need a help on Multi Row Variable Set

Hide the cross icon of a specific rows of a MRVS and show for the rest

The value inside the MRVS will get pushed based on the Powerpoint blocker and Word blocker

If the value is getting pushed directly then the cross icon should be hidden.

Suppose if I click on 'Add' and try to add another row for 'Powerpoint' or 'Word' (as its already presnt) ,I want the cross icon to visible

Please do help me with this

This is not possible. In an MRVS there is no information available where a certain row was coming from and furthermore there is no configuration options available to hide the cross icon for certain items.
