ATF: screenshots are blank

Hi,

I have written two tests on ATF. I wrote one for RITM workflow and other for submitting a request on portal. I am able to see screenshots of RITM test but portal screenshots are coming up as blank. Can someone please help?

Is it rehappening or same every time? Try cache.do once and give a try again.
