need help in resetting the password for Zurich version PDI

Hi everyone, how are you?!

 

I'm trying to access my PDI, I am directed to a page that says: User name or password invalid. To reset your administrator password click here. Note that this is different from the credentials used to log in to the developer's website 

However, i didn't save my Password and forgot  for Zurich version

And when I click on "Forgot My Password" I don't receive an email. 

 

 

Do you have a support email so I can request support?

 

Can anybody help me, please?

Hi @manjunathna,

there's no support for PDI, navigate to the Developer Portal: 

https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/manage-instance 

 

Click the gear icon as seen below:

  • Either Email the login credentials to your mailbox,
  • Reset instance password (you will receive new password for the existing admin account)
