Hi everyone, how are you?!
I'm trying to access my PDI, I am directed to a page that says: User name or password invalid. To reset your administrator password click here. Note that this is different from the credentials used to log in to the developer's website
However, i didn't save my Password and forgot for Zurich version
And when I click on "Forgot My Password" I don't receive an email.
Do you have a support email so I can request support?
Can anybody help me, please?

Hi @manjunathna,
there's no support for PDI, navigate to the Developer Portal:
https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/manage-instance
Click the gear icon as seen below:
- Either Email the login credentials to your mailbox,
 - Reset instance password (you will receive new password for the existing admin account)

Hi @manjunathna ,
Your admin credentials are different from the one you are using for developer site. You can login to developer site and click on "Start building" button to access your PDI (Admin credentials are not required).
If you want to login directly to your PDI with admin credentials then your admin credentials are shown on your developer site's home page only, click on eye icon in password and check your password. Use these ccredntials to login to PDI.
If still it is not working then click on Gear icon in Admin credentials section to reset passsword:-
Try these options and let me know. No official support is available on PDIs from servicenow.
