Hello Team,
I have integrated ServiceNow with the Microsoft Graph Spoke and created a flow that posts incident details to a specific Teams channel whenever a Priority 1 or Priority 2 incident is created.
Additionally, the MIM team requested that a separate, dedicated channel be created for each Priority incident. I have updated the flow accordingly. However, I am currently facing an issue where I need to retrieve the URL of the newly created channel so that, when the MIM team views the incident details, they can easily access and join the corresponding channel.
Please see the flow and Teams output below. Also, can anyone tell me where I can change the button name “View Incident in ServiceNOW”?
