Need help to find issue integration

I have one script include to update the condition from the system property for the incident; the condition contain when to start integration(i.e assignment grp = grp_integration or correlation display = "Integration"),  but the incidents without matching conditions also generating correlation id and starts integration. Can anyone help with this?

but on lower instances those conditions working fine
