Need help with ESC portal config?

Hi Community,

 

I need to update the esc portal Incident UI page for end users. Basically, I need to add 'Cancel' option in page just like 'Resolve'.

I am not able to find this widget/configuration to add Cancel option here. 

The one widget I found is not editable and asks to Clone but I am not sure it is the right widget. 

 

Could you please help me out how do I know the configuration for this and add Cancel option for Incident in esc portal?

I could not solve step 4. Where Incident form is displayed.
