Need Help with Service Portal Search Data

Hi All,

 

When a user performs a service portal search, we would like to pull the sys_id of the page opened by the user from the listed search results.

I have tried checking ‘sys_search_event’ & ‘sys_search_source_event’ tables but am unable to dot-walk to the proper field.

 

Please revert if anyone has knowledge on this.

I am not sure I can help much help, i think there is some module which scan portal ( not 100% sure) or may be need to write script to read the data from portal.
