Hi there,
In theory you could do such, for example selecting the RITM to update in the RITM you are submitting, creating the Flow and perhaps script with your additional logic.
Though what is the use case? Is this a one of? Should this happen often? What is the reason you are thinking of an additional RITM?
Kind regards,

Iam having two catalog items , iam requesting one catalog item then automatically another catalog item is requested automatically , which two are not in same request number , Now from one RITM record to another RITM record i need to pass data like i need to pass field data . The second catalog item is triggered by using flow design .

You could use script for that creating/filling the variables on the second RITM. What is the issue you are having?
