Hi Team ,
Standard Change template should not be viewable in the Service Portal.
Need to restrict standard change template from Service portal .
These many standard change we are having .
for example , if i search with any standard change template 'ServiceNow Notifications' it is showing in Service Portal .
configuration of standard change
If i remove catalogs and category from the template it won't show , But client is saying even if we select , catalogs and category . It has to restrict in the Service Portal .
NOTE - Standard Change template should not be viewable in the Service Portal .
Please provide steps to achieve this ,
Please provide configuration steps and screenshots for better understanding.
Instead of doing this ' To do this, you need to hide/ deactivate the catalog item only, there is no other way. '
PLease suggest any other steps

Hi @nameisnani ,
If you want to hide the template in portal then you have to hide the catalog item tagged to it so go to catalog item where these templates are tagged and in the list view bring the Hide on service portal and make it false then the template and the item will not be visible in the Portal,
Otherwise you have to remove the categories tagged to it,
