Need script to reference two tables

In catalog, I have 2 variables and both are referring to different tables. In variable var1(referring to pathing_windows) need the patch window based on selected server’s os in var2(referring to table cmdb_ci).

Thanks for your assistance. I tried it, but its not showing the correct patching window based on server’s os. Pls note that in patching window table os-patch column contains the os and in cmdb_ci table os field contains the server os. Seems some relation needed onboth field so that it can show correct data, can you pls assist.
