Need ServiceNow Vancouver release benefits document.

Hi all, 

We are going to upgrade our serviceow from Tokyo to Vancouver version, but on intenet i can see that Servicenow release notes is very huge to indestand. 

Is there any simple documnet that i uses to see the benifits and that would be easy to understand.

Hi @VIKAS MISHRA ,

The ServiceNow platform is huge which many capabilities, so to minimize it to a two minute video will not benefit anything. You need to go through the release documentation and read about the different functionalities that will be added, deprecated or where no change will happen - this is the only way to fully understand why you need to upgrade.
