I need to provide ServiceNow IP address to our Jira Team so that they allow the handshake from SN to Jira. The IP addresses mentioned in now support are the ones for when a tool needs to talk to ServiceNow (incoming), I need IP for outgoing (SN to Jira) to whitelist so that Service now can talk to Jira. Can someone tell me where to find it?

Thanks for responding. Aren't those IP's the incoming ones (meaning traffic coming to SN)? I actually gave them to my Jira team. They said they want outgoing IP (SN to Jira) and not incoming IP(SN will be hitting Jira not the other way around).

You need to login to HI (ServiceNow support) & then search for Instance IP.
Select required instance & then you get what you want.

Hello as Jaspal stated you can get all you instance IP information from Support. By selecting 'My IP Information" from the Automation Store within support you will have the option to choose which instance you want IP info for. Not only will you find the IP info which your instance will resolve to but also under the 'Source address used for integrations into customer network with NO VPN' section you will find the IPs when your instance connects to other external servers. Jira in your case.
See the following KB for more info:

Hope this helps.
