Need solution: Group record label not showing in QA environment

Scenario:
In the QA environment, I noticed that the Group record’s label name is showing as empty.

What I’ve tried so far:

  • Captured the record in an update set and moved it from Dev to QA, but it didn’t work.

  • Exported and imported the XML, but the issue still persists.

Question:
Is there any other way to fix this or ensure the label name appears correctly? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Hi @vijayasurya ,

 

First check in update set if it is captured or not.

 

Check if the same group name is already present in QA?

 

Copy the sys_id from dev and go in QA environment, open any group in QA and in  place of sys_id paste the copied sys_id and check if that renders any group information.
