Need solution to access a button in the Email

On Resolving an incident, Email will be triggered to take the survey. I am able to navigate till the email view and not able to access the "Take the survey" button in the email. Any one have any input or solution to overcome this block?

This is solution to add the survey link in the notification after a flow. But my question is I am able to navigate to the email view. But i am not able to click on the button "Take a survey"
