HI community,
In the below following screen shots you can see the acceptance and ignore criteria of the events which need to convert to alerts, My questions is that instead of writing two event rules for a particular customer can we give both the criteria in one rule?
1st rule : It states that the node (CI) which doesn't contain the customer name initials then ignore the event.
2nd rule : It states that if the node (CI) contains the initials of the customer than process the events.
I want to write a single rule for the customers, Kindly correct or advise me to simplify the rules.
