Hi,
My Team have upgraded our instance from Utah to Vancouver. We got to know about below User Preference and we tried to know the use of it. However we are unable to know anything about it even after reading the published articles of servicenow new features of Vancouver. If anyone has a better understanding Kindly request to help us with it.

Hi @padmaja22 ,

Essentially "Accessibility" is an option that can be enabled to allow the user to make the system more accessible to them. Meaning, they may use a screen reader or other keyboard features on their end and this features works with them. This can be individuals with some sort of disability or need.

You can configure accessibility features globally or for specific users. Users can also individually enable user preferences for themselves to meet their specific accessibility needs.

The platform includes features that support Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 AA and WCAG 2.1 AA (for some products) to make the interface more accessible to all users. These features improve the user experience when accessing the instance with screen readers and keyboard navigation.
