Need to add html field type in audiot history

I want to store changes to an HTML-type field value in audit history, but the output appears cluttered and unreadable. I'd appreciate your thoughts on how to handle this more effectively.

We can't do anything here as it's OOTB platform feature on how HTML field is rendered in audit/activity log.
