I have a Catalog Item that generates Six Catalog Tasks. On each of these Tasks I need to attach an SLA. SLA should be on "Catalog Task" as per the requirement.
Basically SLA definition will have a filter condition that should somehow trap your catalogue item. Then the Task SLA will be created automatically on the RITM record. It does not get created on the task record.
