Need to calculate the number of RCA completed in due time

Requirement says: For every P1 incident there will be a Problem ticket, need to count all the P1 incidents where RCA completed in due time. RCA Problem task can be created if required.

 

Formula to calculate time taken to complete RCA -> time difference between P1 ticket creation and RCA completed.

 

Need help in achieving this!

It is best to use SLA on RCA Task and you can easily see breached or not, in SLA.
