Resource Management Workspace - allocation details question

In our development instance, we migrated resource plans to resource assignments and are trying to evaluate the resource management workspace. Prior to this, we had access to the Allocation Workbench which allowed us to view planned vs actual data for projects/resources. How can we see this same information now?  Allocation Workbench will just list the applicable projects; it will no longer expand the project to see the resource data.

Hi @mah1 ,

With new Resource Management workspace way of working will be different. This will give the allocation detail of the users and in the lower pane you can see the Unassigned tasks where you can allocated the resources. 

The resource assignment no longer has the concept of planning, requesting etc. You can create a resource assignment and RMs can assign the resources based on the attributes. And the resource plan will automatically be moved to Allocated state and there is no Requested Allocation data. 

And as per the Workspace behaviour its the Resource Assignment data based on Employee profile table data which will get displayed. And RMs can update the  status of the Assignments / effort of a user for the Planned duration.
