Need to change 'Risk Assessment' related list filter condition in Risk table

In Risk table, we have Risk assessment related list. I need to change the filter condition as it is not showing the Risk assessment record created for the Risk. Can you please guide how can we change the filter condition of related list.

@Dr Atul G- LNG  - Not able to see 'Set as Default filter' button under Risk Assessments in Risk form.

And also where can I find the filter that is set already at backend.

Click on the funnel icon which open condition builder, then you will get option to set as default

Thanks @Dr Atul G- LNG I could see the button now and the table- sys_ui_related_list_entry has the filter condition.
