Need to change the CSM Workspace New Mail Reply To:

The reply to is auto populating with IT Service Desk <emailaddress@service-now.com>. I neeed this to be a different reply to.

I have added the the address to the sender configuration for compose and reply but the reply to is still auto populating with IT Service Desk <emailaddress@service-now.com>.
