@PRADEEPREDDY GU You can generate the report on incident table as below with problem record details.
You can even dot walk on the problem record to get other fields.

Hi @PRADEEPREDDY GU ,
There is a field on problem table known as First Reported By which holds the reference of incident table. You can right click on that field and click bar chart/pie chart as of your requirments
I clicked on bar chart and result as follow

Hi @PRADEEPREDDY GU ,
Why do you need to create the report from the problem table and not the incident table? What is your end goal? In general you could leverage the incident table and chose all with associated problem record.
