Need to create a Report related metrics definition

Hi ,

I need to create a report of incidents that are assigned to Service desk to other IT teams trending weekly.

how to achieve this?

It is very informative and help me a lot .

I still have query like

If  the Filter condition is like "Assignment group" is Services support and "Assigned to" is empty and "Assignment group" changes to some other teams.

Hi @Mounika30 ,

As soon as the assignment group changes to "services Support" the metric value is populated. If then the incident is assigned to new assignment group, you will be able to see the current assignment group in assignment group column. (just like my last snip where "hardware" is stated.

filter is like assignment group is SD and assign to is empty.

I think everyone answered here. 

@AndersBGS is surely a success, now if you want, you can create report (trend type)
