Need to create user with customer attributes in AD

Requirement: I am creating and updating  a user in Ad after created/Updated in AD . 

We Ad spoke , I have copied create user action and sending my custom attributes into that, but it’s not adding any value to AD. 

2 date fields and one string field. How should I debug or where can check because my flow site action completed

Did you map your start date to the correct Attribute in AD?

Yes, given name as startDate so I have mapped to it. Now the error is coming as argument null kind of. Is there also path/folder access needs to validate with AD
