Need to divide PA dashboard & Reports dashboard to end users separately in different tabs

Hi, 

 

I have a requirement to divide PA using dashboards & Reports using dashboards in two different tabs.

 

i.e., All PA using dashboards in one tab & all Reports using dashboards in another tab.

 

How to approach this..?
