Hello all,
I want to find out from where the catalog task Active field will be set to false (In-activate), when the state is closed?
I have raised this question because I want to check why in my instance, the Active field is still true, when the catalog task is Cancelled.
Please help to find out.
Regards,
Lucky

Hi
In ServiceNow, the Active field on a Catalog Task (sc_task) is typically set to false (inactivated) when the task is closed — but this behavior is not hardcoded. There is an Out-of-the-box (OOB) business rule "Close Ticket". You can find this in your instance as well.
if my answer helped you please mark my response as helpful.

Shubhra
