Need to get the count from lookup record

Hi,

I am not able to take the count in lookup record in flow designer whereas i am able to take the count for another table .

For this particular table not able to take the count . 

Is there anything that we need to activate 

table Name : sys_flow_context

Use Look up Records.    The singular named one doesn't have a Count 

the Plural one has a count:
