Need to grant access to create application under the studio. Servicenow

Hi Team,

Configurations: We need to give access to users (who don't have admin access) to create new applications under the Studio Module.

sn_g_app_creator.app_creator

sn_g_app_creator.global

I trying it with the below roles, but it's showing loading, and for non-admins, i need to 'Shift+Control+F' for global search to remove the loading popup every time.

Is there any way so we can remove this Studio popup for the non-admins?

The visibility of Manage developer depend on conditions. You need to configure Application Administrator way
