Hi Friends,

We have scheduled report witch runs periodically.

We have selected the Omit if no records but still It is sending the report to users when there is no data also.

Please guide me how to identify the problem and help me on this issue.

Thanks in advance.

I have the same issue with empty reports and came across this post. I have learnt that in my case the issue is resolved in an update, ServiceNow KB: "Omit if no records" is not honored for Scheduled reports created on "Report Sources"...

To confirm I was using a Report Data Source which may be different to your situation.

Hi Friends,

One more doubt regarding scheduled Reports.

Is scheduled Reports if the user is inactive who is running the reports(user mentioned in the Run As filed)?

Please help to solve this issue.

Thank you
